Using CNC robotic machine tools, we build gears with straight and helical teeth from module 0.75 to module 4 with diameters from 10 to 200 mm with splined shafts. We do lathing with CNC lathes and automatic loaders from 10 to 200 mm, drilling, tapping and milling with vertical CNC work stations as well as CNC broaching and slotting. Our company is organized to produce small to medium lots of specialty products (from 50 to 5,000 pieces per lot). We create components or whole parts for third parties or on consignment, and if required with the desired thermal and protective treatments. We normally process common steel, steel alloys, aluminum, bronze, cast iron and brass. Our metrology department has an involute testing machine, profile projector, durometer and mechanical and electronic measurement instruments.
