What we do and how we do it

Our twenty-years of experience in the motion transmission sector allows us to offer a wide range of precision processing guaranteed by a production cycle completely performed in the company as well as strict quality controls.

Our internal production cycle is made up of various stages:

turning operations performed with CNC lathes with automatic loaders up to a diameter of 200mm;
milling operations with vertical CNC machining centers, broaching and slotting;
gear cutting operations performed by robotic CNC gear cutting machines to make gears from module 0.5 to module 4.5, splined shafts and rounded profiles;
finishing operations after heat and surface treatments;

To make our products, we start from materials, such as common and alloy steels, aluminum, bronze, cast iron, brass and plastic materials.

Heat, surface and welding treatments are performed by trusted external partners that we have carefully selected.

We are extremely flexible and attentive to the smallest details

Guaranteeing the best to the customers by meeting and solving their needs without too many constraints is one of our goals. This is why we are flexible so as we are able to guarantee our customers both small and medium quantities from 200 to 5,000 pieces per batch.

We produce parts or groups of components on behalf of third parties or on consignment according to the customer’s design, and we also provide for heat and surface treatments on request.
